Because this is our business we are personally invested in the quality of our business and cleanings.

We use eco friendly products upon request.

We do extras, some included and some for a fee, that other companies don’t do such as:

Folding towels (included)

Cleaning cat litter boxes

Making beds

Cleaning appliance interiors

Cleaning interior windows

Spot cleaning walls

Starting a load of laundry

We understand the importance of feeling secure about who comes into your home to clean and so we’ve structured our business so that one or both owners will be the only people cleaning your home each time.

Setting Up Service

Text us at 971-288-9768 or fill out the form for a cleaning estimate.

Prices are per job, not hourly. After an agreed upon price estimate, we meet you at your home and walk through all areas to be cleaned, providing the final price after the walk through. If you can't be home we arrange for a way to us to get in. (This is the case with a lot of move out cleanings.) We bring all of our own supplies, including vacuums and mops. We can also use any products or supplies at your home if that's your request. We can perform cleanings with eco friendly products at your request. Payment by check, Zelle or Venmo is due before completion of move out cleanings and upon completion of all other cleanings.

Entry Into Your Home

You can either be home at the time of service or provide a key for entry. We will do our best to work around you and your family. We also ask that you provide us the space to clean without people going in and out of areas being cleaned. You can leave a key in a hidden spot, leave a lockbox or provide a spare key, which we number and keep in a safe at our home office. A $60 lockout fee will apply for forgotten appointments or if we can't gain entry into the property.

We require 48 hours notice for cancellation except in cases of an emergency.

Pets

Before setting up service with a client we create a file with special info such as pets. Please let us know of any pets you have and if they can be let out. If you have a dog that is aggressive it needs to be crated or put outside during the cleaning.
